Need some help shopping?
Find your product by browsing our product categories. No matter what product you're viewing you can always find all our categories at the top of the page. You'll also find more products in the same category if you scroll down when you've picked a product. If you want to buy something, just choose your size and add the product to your basket.

You can always view the contents of your basket by clicking the shopping basket icon, which you'll find in the top right corner. This is also where you proceed to checkout.

Please follow the instructions in the checkout and make sure you've got the right product, size and number of pieces before you move on. Select your payment method and make sure the delivery address is correct. Press 'Proceed to checkout' and finalise your purchase.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details and once the order has been shipped you'll get another e-mail with your shipping details.

Change of order
We start to process your order as soon as you place it to make sure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order you need to contact us as quickly as possible. Always, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact the WeSC Web Shop as soon as possible at webshop@wesc.com

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before you can cancel or change it, simply return it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.

Payment
We accept online payment with MasterCard, VISA, or PayPal. PayPal is a safe, fast and easy way to pay for things online. Creating a free account takes just a minute, and PayPal stores your credit card information and keeps it safe, or you can upload money straight from your bank account. There are no extra fees. We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or PayPal account when your order has been dispatched. In some countries we also offer payment by invoice.

The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries except for Sweden (SEK) and the US (USD).

Delivery
Sweden orders are usually shipped within 3-7 days after your order has been placed and will be shipped with DHL. You will receive a notification by mail when the package has arrived which states the tracking number and where you can pick up your item.

EU orders placed within the European Union (except Sweden) will be shipped with UPS within 3-7 days. Taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. You will receive a notification by mail when the package has arrived which states the tracking number and where you can pick up your item.

Orders placed outside the European Union will be shipped with UPS within 3-7 days. Taxes and duties are excluded in the price at the checkout on orders placed outside the European Union. Although this does not always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. You will receive a notification by mail when the package has arrived which states the tracking number and where you can pick up your item.

Shipping cost
Shipping cost varies depending on the value of the order. The higher the order the lower the cost of shipping. You can see the shipping cost by adding the product to your basket, go to check out and then input your country. The price of shipping will show in the price summary.
