Returns and refunds
We hope you will love your new purchase as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have 14 days to return your goods. Should the product have been sent to you by mistake or you receive a product you did not order, WeSC will pay the shipping charge.

WeSC Headphones:

Customers have the right to return the product in its unopened original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. WeSC.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

Due to hygiene reasons WeSC only accepts withdrawal of unused in-ear products.

Please enclose the order confirmation/receipt along with the unused products in the original packaging.

Items bought from authorised retailers cannot be returned to us.

The warranty for WeSC audio products is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as assembling defects, defect batteries, or other electronic problems.

The warranty does not cover defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or UV radiation, problems or damages caused by misuse, neglect (knocks, dents, crushing and failing), accidents, repair or modification. Defects caused due to normal wear and tear and aging (scratches, worn leather and flaking paint etc.) are also not covered by this warranty.

To apply for a refund or exchange of product during the warranty period, we ask you to provide the following: Full name, order number, the issue you are experiencing, clear images that show the faulty item.



Returning your purchase
1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
2. Write a note to us about which size/color you’d like to change to or if you want a refund.
3. Always enclose a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Place the notes inside the package.
5. Close the box and tape it securely.

7. Notify us of the return by email at webshop@wesc.com with tracking number as confirmation.

Exchanges
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color - NOT a different style. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us for a refund and simply purchase the new piece separately.
Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.

Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Important information:
The customer will pay all shipping charges related to the return.
A copy of the original receipt/order confirmation has to be enclosed.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
You may return the goods by any secure transport using tracking service.

Sale
Our policy above applies during the sales period with the exception that WeSC will not allow exchanges. Please note that during sale, confirmation time may take up to 7 days.

Claims/Faulty products
If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if no longer available receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. The customer will pay all shipping charges related to the return. If the product is faulty we will refund your return shipping cost provide you send with tracking number and enclose a copy of the shipping cost receipt in your return shipment.

A copy of the original receipt/order confirmation has to be enclosed.
Your refund will be credited via the original purchase method.
You may return the goods by any secure transport using tracking service.

WeSC quality guarantee
If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have a manufacturing fault that occured within a 12 months time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately by sending an email to customercare@wesc.com

Please note that if you chose to pay by invoice, you will still have to pay the invoice on time and in full. You will be reimbursed when we have processed your return.
